We also support your board members by carrying out their decisions and ensuring that residents comply with community policies and state statutes.

Find everything (including training, documents, updates, and consultations) you need to make more informed Common Ownership Community (condominium associations, cooperative housing associations, or homeowner associations) decisions.
Find resources, advocacy, and assistance to resolve issues.

We will survey whatever service(s) you need and provide a free proposal with costs and suggestions to support you in whatever way best suits you. We are not one-size-fits-all. Our only concern is how to support your specific community goals.
We can also provide a full review and propose a complete plan to support your COC Board.
We offer a free membership that includes free updates and discounted access to on-demand training for homeowners in Common Ownership Communities.
Benefit from our insights by navigating through the links and resources for government agencies and organizations, answers to commonly asked questions, COC terminology, and links to other valuable resources.
In light of the concern regarding the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, both the Montgomery County and Prince Georges County Commissions on Common Ownership Communities (CCOC) are providing a temporary waiver allowing and recommending all associations to consider the use of telephone/video conferencing to conduct board meetings, providing all members of the association are given the opportunity to join in/participate.
Additionally, other forms of electronic media and communication is permissible only if it can be accessed and used by all members of the association. MHC applauds this preventive measure to protect our community.
